Our mission is to optimize clinician workflows while providing safe, high quality care to patients in a cost-effective manner. We are currently focused on improving outcomes in patients with inflammatory bowel disease (which includes Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis) but plan to address other lifelong chronic conditions in the future.

Millions of Americans suffer from Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), yet fewer than a thousand IBD experts are available to treat them. Each day, physicians must manually review massive quantities of unstructured, unfiltered data in their patients' Electronic Medical Records (EMRs), which is time-consuming and inefficient. This inefficiency increases the cost of care, worsens patient outcomes, and limits the ability of physicians to adopt proactive, preventative care. The overburdened system leaves physicians unable to fully address patient needs..

To address this, we are building a highly configurable Generative AI platform to autonomously Monitor patient Electronic Medical Records (GAMER). GAMER will aggregate clinical, laboratory (routine and multi-omic), radiologic, and immunohistologic patient data, then distill and analyze it to accurately predict the likelihood of a relapse. GAMER will then automatically initiate a dialogue with high-risk patients through a HIPPA-compliant digital interface for any clinical updates, autonomously coordinate minimally invasive laboratory testing, and finally submit a concise, intuitive, and actionable plan for physician validation and implementation.
